Team Leader/Policy Analyst - Consultancy Services For A Firm To Undertake Research & Stakeholder Coordination For Policy Advocacy And Dialogue To Improve Business Environment

Hold at least a masters degree in Public Policy, Communication, Environmental Management, Agricultural Economics, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in policy analysis and advocacy, with a proven track record in developing and implementing policies and advocacies related to agriculture, fisheries, and biodiversity.
Proven experience in gender analysis, gender mainstreaming, and social inclusion.
Strong conceptual and research/analytical skills to analyze data and information from different sources and produce coherent reports.
Strong background in policy analysis and research.
Considerable knowledge of the theories, practices, and principles of policy development and advocacy, particularly in the context of sustainable development and environmental management.
Awareness of current trends, challenges, and opportunities within the agriculture, fisheries, and biodiversity sectors is desirable.
Evidence of effective team-building capabilities, with experience working collaboratively with local government officials, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the sectors.
