We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic Team. The ideal candidate with experience in Human Resources, should possess a strong background in HR consulting and outsourcing. You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, supporting them with end-to-end HR solutions while also driving internal HR initiatives that strengthen our talent value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing expectations and delivering high-end HR advisory services.
- Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle for client-assigned staff, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage outsourced HR services, ensuring quality delivery, SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly payrolls and maintain accurate staff databases using HRIS tools and software.
- Contribute to office administration by managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure all HR activities across various client accounts comply with local labor laws and industry regulations.
- Mediate complex employee relations issues between clients and their outsourced staff with tact and diplomacy.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the firm is delivering top-tier value and maintaining client retention.
- Stay up to date with HR trends, labor laws, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field relevant HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM,PHRi,SPHRi) are a plus.
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a client-facing or consultancy role.
- Strong understanding of HR outsourcing models, clients servicing, and SLA Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Sound knowledge of Ghanaian Labour Laws and HR compliance standards.
