The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, processing orders or service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, etc.
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, and computer).
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Familiarity with sports betting.
  • At least one year of call center experience.
Job Description
  • Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service for both internal and external customers.
  • Understand customer care principles and gather feedback to address customer needs.
  • Assist the manager with daily call center operations, including development tasks.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management to enhance customer service processes and tools.
Remuneration
  • Gross salary: GH₵3,000
  • Basic salary: GH₵2,100
  • Performance salary: GH₵900
Please note
  • Final performance salary is based on the staff’s KPI score.
  • Final performance pay = Performance salary × KPI score.
