Job summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, processing orders or service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, etc.
- Effective communication skills (oral, written, and computer).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Familiarity with sports betting.
- At least one year of call center experience.
- Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service for both internal and external customers.
- Understand customer care principles and gather feedback to address customer needs.
- Assist the manager with daily call center operations, including development tasks.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management to enhance customer service processes and tools.
- Gross salary: GH₵3,000
- Basic salary: GH₵2,100
- Performance salary: GH₵900
- Final performance salary is based on the staff’s KPI score.
- Final performance pay = Performance salary × KPI score.
