Key Responsibilities
- International Patients Consultation: Provide medical consultation and coordination services to clients, answer questions about medical procedures, offer emotional support, and build trust.
- Medical Program Development Support: Assist in optimizing service workflows and maintain relationships with key local medical partners.
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the dedicated advisor for clients, offering comprehensive guidance on medical procedures.
- Expectation Management: Clearly communicate success rates, potential risks, and timelines to manage client expectations effectively.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Doctor (Doctors command higher salaries).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy for handling sensitive client interactions.
- High professional integrity and strict adherence to client confidentiality and privacy.
Salary: 12,000 GHS + Commission
