Medical Sales Executive (Laboratory & Medical Equipment)
Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our team in Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling laboratory and medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and laboratories. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong sales skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of laboratory and medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical or laboratory equipment sales is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ghana.
Salary: GHS3,000 - GHS3,600
