How do I apply for a job?
Click on the job title and follow the directions for applying in the selected listing. If you have questions about an application you have submitted, you should contact the employer directly.
Do I need a PC before I can visit Jobberman.com?
No. You can also access Jobberman.com on your mobile phone.
What happens when I apply online for jobs posted on Jobberman.com?
Your resume will be sent to the employer who will handle the hiring process. Do not worry if you do not receive immediate response. Sometimes it takes weeks or even months to sort applications. Be rest assured that the employer will contact you if you are a successful candidate.
Do I need a resume to apply to a job posting?
Yes. Your resume is what explains your focus, qualifications, strengths, as well as your commitment to starting or changing a career, which will help the employer make recruiting decisions.
If I get a job through Jobberman.com, will Jobberman.com collect part of my salary?
No, No and No. Jobberman.com does not get a cut out of your salary nor do we demand for such.
Certificates & Courses
How can I retrieve my Soft Skills certificate?
You can retrieve your Soft Skills certificate from your Jobberman account by following these steps:
Sign in to your learning account via
https://www.jobberman.com.gh/softskills
Navigate to your dashboard to view the courses you have completed.
Select Jobberman Soft Skills to open the course page.
Click “Get your Certificate” to view and download your certificate.
If you are still unable to retrieve your certificate after following the steps above, please contact our customer service team.
I paid for a course certificate but have not received it. What should I do?
Your certificate will be available for download within 24 hours of payment on weekdays.
If your payment is made over the weekend or during a public holiday, please allow up to 24 business hours for confirmation.
Once your payment is verified, your certificate will be made available for download.
To download your certificate, kindly follow these steps:
1. Log in to your learner's account via

2. Click on “My Course” at the top of the screen
3. Scroll to locate the course for which you wish to download the certificate
4. Click on “Download Your Certificate.”
How can I correct an error on my Soft Skills certificate?
If you wish to request a correction, kindly email a screenshot of the certificate displaying the error to
info@jobberman.com.gh, together with a brief explanation specifying the error and the accurate details for correction.
For name corrections, please include the correct name in your email.
Once received, the update will be processed and reflected within 24 working hours.
Why are my Soft Skills course videos not playing?
This issue may occur due to a poor internet connection, an outdated browser, or cache/cookie conflicts. To resolve this:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection
1. Try accessing the course using an updated browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
3. If the issue persists, try accessing the videos from a different device or network.
Why am I unable to access my Soft Skills training?
Difficulty accessing your Soft Skills training may be caused by a poor internet connection or an incompatible browser. We recommend switching to a stronger network and using browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.
Do I need to pay for all courses to receive a certificate?
Not all courses require payment for certificates. Courses that come with free certificates are clearly labelled “Free”, while those that require payment are labelled “Paid Certificate.”

Creating a Jobseeker account is simple and free. Follow these steps:

4. Fill in your details, including your name, email address, phone number, and password
5. Verify your email address if prompted
6. Complete your profile by adding your education, work experience, and skills.
I cannot log into my Jobseeker account. What should I do?
If you are unable to log into your Jobseeker account, please:
1. Confirm that you are using the correct email address and password
2. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it
3. Check your email (and spam folder) for the password reset link
4. If you still cannot access your account after resetting your password,

Can I apply for jobs without completing my profile?
Yes, you can apply for jobs without completing your profile. However, it is strongly recommended to complete your profile, as candidates with fully completed profiles are more visible to employers and have a significantly higher chance of being contacted for job opportunities.
How can I make my Jobseeker profile 100% complete?
To achieve a 100% complete profile, log in to your Jobseeker account and review all sections of your profile. Ensure that every required field, including personal details such as gender, education, work experience, and skills, is accurately filled out. A fully completed profile increases your visibility to employers and improves your chances of being contacted for job opportunities.
How can I update my Jobseeker profile information?
To update your Jobseeker profile:
1. Log in to your Jobseeker account
2. Navigate to your dashboard and click on “Profile”
3. Edit your personal information, education, work experience, and skills
4. Upload an updated CV or resume if necessary

How can I create an Employer account and start posting jobs?
To create an Employer account, visit www.jobberman.com.gh, click “Sign Up”, and register as an Employer.
After registration, please send a copy of your Business Registration document to
info@jobberman.com.gh for verification. Your account will be reviewed and approved within 12 business hours.
Once your Employer account is verified, you can post jobs by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Employer account
2. Click on “Post a Job” at the top left of the page and select your preferred package (e.g., Basic Job)
3. Fill in all the required details for the job role
4. Click “Save” or “Update” to submit your posting
How long does Employer account verification take after submitting KYC documents?
Employer account verification is typically completed within 12 business hours after submitting the required documentation.
How long does it take for a job posting to be approved?
It takes 24 business hours for a job posting to be approved.
What is the process for posting a job advert for approval?
To post a job on the Jobberman platform, you are required to first create an Employer account by signing up as an Employer on the Jobberman website.
After your account has been verified, you can proceed to post jobs by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your Employer account.
2. Click on “Post a Job” at the top left of the page and select your preferred package (e.g., Basic Job).
3. Complete all the required fields for the job role.
4. Click “Save” or “Update” to submit your posting.
Please note that your job listing will go live on the platform once it has been reviewed and approved by our team within 24 business hours.
How can I reset my Employer account password?
To reset your password, log in to your Employer account, go to the Settings section, and click on the “Reset Password” icon.

The KYC documents required to verify an Employer account include a Business Registration Document, depending on the sector and nature of the business.
Can I use my personal email address to create an Employer account?
No. Employer accounts must be created using an official company email address to ensure proper verification and maintain the credibility of your organisation.

Can I have both an Employer and a Jobseeker account?
Yes, you can have both an Employer and a Jobseeker account, provided each account is registered with a different email address. Please note that the same email address cannot be used for both accounts.
