Job summary

A reputable travel and tourism organization is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations & Travel Manager to oversee travel operations and client services.

Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage flight ticketing (domestic & international reservations).
  • Coordinate and process visa applications and travel documentation.
  • Design, price, and promote attractive tour packages.
  • Liaise with airlines, embassies, hotels, and travel partners.
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle travel changes, cancellations, and client inquiries.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure operational efficiency.


Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in ticketing, visa processing, and tour management.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent ticketing and reservation management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of visa procedures and travel regulations.
  • Tour packaging, pricing, and itinerary planning expertise.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
