The Human Resource Manager will lead the strategic and operational HR functions to support the company & project goals. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top technical and operational talent.
- Drive the performance management system to enhance productivity and accountability across all levels.
- Oversee training and development programs, with a particular focus on technical skills, leadership, and site safety.
- Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with all Ghanaian labor laws.
- Advise senior management on HR strategies to support business growth and a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the construction or engineering sector.
- Preferred: Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD).
