Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant based in Accra, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support for various HR functions, including HR data management, benefits administration, and employee training coordination. The role will involve assisting with maintaining HR records, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The individual will also work closely with managers and employees to address inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate HR records
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and employee support
• Skills in Training and development activities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software tools
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or HR-related field is an advantage
