Key Requirements
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruitment processes, employee relations, staff training and development, managing payroll, performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- 2 years of HR work experience at least.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR documentation.
- Experience supporting payroll calculation and salary payment processes.
- Familiarity with statutory HR and payroll-related requirements
- Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and Finance teams.
- Experience in logistics is an advantage.
