Job summary

The partnership is looking for a tech-savvy HR Officer to manage its growing team. Because a single ERP manages both enterprises, you will play a central role in using technology to track staff performance, manage payroll, and streamline onboarding for both the logistics and retail arms of the business.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP-Driven HR Management: Use the unified ERP system to manage employee records, track attendance, and monitor KPIs for both brands.
  • Targeted Recruitment: Hire delivery drivers and online sales staff for Delkor, and tech-savvy sales associates for Fiberk’s Ashale Botwe store including any additional staff for the corporate office.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Process monthly payroll through the ERP and ensure all statutory deductions (SSNIT, GRA) are compliant with the Ghana Labour Act.
  • Performance Tracking: Work with department heads to set and monitor data-driven targets for drivers and retail staff.
  • Policy Implementation: Draft and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across both business units.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR (experience in a startup or tech-heavy environment is a major plus).
  • ERP Knowledge: Must be comfortable working with ERP systems (e.g., Britsoft Ghana, Odoo, SAP, ERPNext, or similar) for HR and administrative functions.
  • Skills: Strong digital literacy, understanding of local labour laws, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
