Job summary
You’ll be the person who handles all the HR stuff for the cinema. That means helping to hire new people, bringing new staff on board, keeping employee records, and answering staff questions. You’ll also help track performance, set up trainings, and make sure the company follows HR policies and labour laws. You’ll work with payroll, leave, and attendance too, plus help with staff events and reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including hiring new employees.
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide HR support.
- Assist with employee performance management processes.
- Coordinate staff training and development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labour laws.
- Process and monitor payroll information in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Manage employee leave records and attendance tracking.
- Organise employee engagement activities and staff events.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
What we want:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or something similar.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or admin, preferably in retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
- You should know HR policies, be good at talking to people, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
