We are recruiting for a strategic Head of People and Culture to lead our human capital agenda and shape organizational culture within a progressive financial services organization.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee talent acquisition, employee development, organizational culture, and people strategy. You'll drive initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent while embedding our values across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development programs
• Foster a high-performance culture through engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational compliance
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and strategic workforce planning
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee wellbeing programs

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Proven track record in organizational transformation and culture building
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour law and international HR best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification preferred
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous
