Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all human resource operations of the company.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales representatives, warehouse loaders, drivers, and office clerks.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Collate and prepare payroll data for salary processing.
- Mediate and resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing support for performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace regulations, and labour laws.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Handle routine office administrative duties and provide general administrative support.
- Work closely with management to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Location: Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Accra.
