Job summary
We are looking for an HR Officer to assist with the provision of HR consulting services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will support the Head of HR in managing the Clients’ HR Unit/Department.
- Assist with the development of HR Policies and Procedures Manual and ensure they are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the recruitment, selection and onboarding process to attract and retain top talents.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Support the performance management system to drive high performance
- Assist with the development of relevant training programmes for staff
- Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, discipline and other issues
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance etc
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Audit current HR systems, identify gaps, and develop strategies to close identified gaps and improve HR’s effectiveness.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the Head of HR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized University or Professional Qualification in Human Resources
- 1 - 3 years’ experience as HR Professional in an organization preferably manufacturing company
