HR Officer
Job summary
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented while maintaining compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer also assists in managing employee records, coordinating training programs, handling staff inquiries, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Assist with payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime).
- Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Monitor attendance and support performance management processes.
Health & Safety
- Conduct basic workplace safety checks and ensure use of PPE.
- Support safety trainings, inductions, and awareness programs.
- Assist with incident reporting and maintain safety records.
- Promote adherence to health and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
