Summary
We are seeking a charismatic, well-connected, and highly organized Recruitment Supervisor to lead and take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process; from shop-floor to supervisor level. This is not a back-office role, we need someone who is laudable, confident in public, a natural recruiter and persuasive communicator who can market Keda with ease to both artisans and professionals alike. The ideal candidate is fast-moving, detailed, and people-focused, with strong influence-building capabilities and a readiness to represent Keda at the highest levels of engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of skilled workers, functional staff, and factory-floor personnel.
- Oversee and update the Offer Approval (OA) sheet and ensure real-time recruitment data accuracy.
- Supervise the onboarding process, including coordination with banks and ensuring new hires' accounts are created and verified.
- Ensure complete onboarding documentation and compliance for all hires.
- Lead and handle salary discussions and negotiations for skilled positions.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment-related reports.
- Represent the company in external engagements and meetings with artisan groups, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Scout field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assemblymen, community heads, and local influencers for recruitment outreach.
- Handle the confirmation process for casual workers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure completion of the joining checklist for every new hire.
- Coach, support, and supervise the recruitment team, promoting best practices and high performance.
- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for the team to build internal capacity and improve efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- A strong internal candidate is preferred; someone who knows the system, understands the people, and is ready to lead. A fun and friendly individual.
- Confident and presentable; must be able to represent the company with pride in both formal and grassroots settings.
- Highly organized, articulate, and attentive to detail.
- Proactive, quick to perform, and results-driven; you get things done without being chased.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and persuading people to join the company.
- A natural networker who can build genuine relationships and alliances across the company and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience handling both factory-level and supervisor-level recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in English and capable of writing and speaking clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with online recruitment tools/systems.
