We are hiring a performance-driven Recruitment Lead who will own candidate sourcing, conversion, and placement. Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing (Core Focus)
- Source candidates through:
- Field networks
- Local agents and referrals
- Job boards and social media
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
Candidate Conversion & Follow-Up
- Manage candidates through:
- Screening
- Interview coordination
- Final selection stages
- Ensure candidates complete all required steps
- Actively follow up to reduce dropouts
Recruitment Execution
- Handle end-to-end candidate coordination
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates (Excel / CRM)
- Ensure timely movement of candidates through the pipeline
Network & Pipeline Growth
- Build relationships with:
- Local sourcing agents
- Community networks
- Referrals
- Continuously increase candidate inflow
Target & Performance Ownership
- Achieve monthly placement targets
- Maintain high conversion rates
- Ensure consistency in candidate quality and readiness
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years experience in recruitment or staffing
- Strong in field sourcing / blue-collar hiring / volume hiring
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Existing local networks are a big advantage
- Highly motivated by commission-based earnings
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of candidates sourced weekly
- Interview-to-selection conversion rate
- Candidate completion rate (low dropouts)
- Monthly successful placements (primary driver of earnings)

Location: Accra
Salary: GHS 3,500 Fixed + Performance Commissions (Total Earnings: GHS 4,000 – 10,000+/month)
