A reputable company in the Eastern Region is seeking a dedicated HR/Admin Officer to support the organization’s human resources and administrative functions.

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Maintain HR records, update policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and other administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports and assist management in HR and administrative decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ideal candidate must reside in Eastern Region.
