Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain and update employee records, policies, and documentation
- Process payroll, invoices and expense reports accurately and on time
- Prepare, manage and reconcile financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Track budgets, payments and financial transactions
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
- Generate reports for management on finance performance
- Support organizational planning and operational improvements
Qualifications Required & Experience
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or University Degree in a relevant field
- 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: GHS3,000 - GHS5,000
