Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Maintain staff records and HR compliance documentation.
  • Develop HR policies aligned with organizational culture.
  • Coordinate training and team-building activities.
  • Liaise with Accounts on payroll.
  • Support planning for event staff and volunteers.

Qualification & Requirements
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification is an advantage.
  • 2–3 years HR experience.
  • Experience as an Office Clerk or admin role required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
