Job summary
<p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise all human resource activities of the company to ensure optimal utilization of human capital and efficient administrative operations.</p>

Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Foster a positive working environment
- Handle disciplinary processes in line with company policies
Performance Management
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance
- Drive employee development and succession planning
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation structures
- Administer payroll, benefits, and incentives
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Support career growth and leadership development initiatives
Organizational Development
- Support change management initiatives
- Align HR strategies with overall business goals
- Promote company culture and values
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR management
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
