Job summary
Micson City Company Ltd is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Representative with experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry to sell and promote our home and hair care including floor cleaners, liquid soap and other cosmetic products to salons, cosmetic shops, open markets, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, trustworthy, and capable of driving sales growth through relationship-based selling.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Sell company home care and hair care products to salons, cosmetic shops, supermarkets, retailers, and wholesalers
- Open and manage assigned sales routes and territories
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and differentiation
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising
- Collect payments and submit accurate daily sales and stock reports
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on reorders
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Provide market feedback on competitor products, pricing, and trends
Requirements (Cosmetic Industry Preferred)
- Previous experience in cosmetic, hair care, or personal care sales (strong advantage)
- Familiarity with salons, cosmetic shops, and beauty markets in Accra
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone literacy (WhatsApp reporting required)
- Motorbike or route sales experience is an advantage
