Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients to promote stationery products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to clients.
Market Development
- Identify new sales opportunities and untapped market
- Expand distribution networks by onboarding new retailers and partners
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular visits.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business .
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Lead/Manager.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or stationery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
