The Field Sales Team will drive sales growth through direct engagement with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients. This role requires proactive outreach, product promotion, and relationship-building to expand market presence and ensure consistent revenue streams in the stationery sector.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

 Sales Execution

  • Visit retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients to promote stationery products
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to clients.


Market Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities and untapped market
  • Expand distribution networks by onboarding new retailers and partners
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.


Customer Relationship Management

  •  Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular visits.
  •  Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business .     


Reporting & Coordination

  •  Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Lead/Manager.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or stationery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
