Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute basic sales activities in the outlets located within the territory to meet company objectives as described in the cycle plan (visibility, availability, freshness)
  • Develop and adhere to a well-defined work programme and route plan as agreed with TMR
  • Achieve volume and distribution targets through direct monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Ensure objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, stock quality and RP -Recommended Price at wholesale and retail are achieved for the territory
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date detailed database of all customers (including phone numbers outlet addresses)
  • Improve the company’s corporate image by operating at the highest business ethics, environmental, health and safety standards.
  • Support sales Reps to achieve high performance by giving support to existing outlets.
  • Gather/ provide ideas on how to develop retail Touch-points (redistribution hubs, etc) in the markets
  • Implement all programmes according to cycle plan in outlets located in your coverage area.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient execution of marketing activities in the defined territory.
  • Role is positioned to address situations arising within the market, as well as business needs. In this regard, direction will be provided by TMR
  • Job is mainly field work.


Working Relationships

Internal

  • Share data regarding specific outlets with the Distributor through the TMR
  • Develop a good working relationship with the team (distributor and BAT team)

External

  • Develop an effective working relationship with the customer by giving assistance and support through regular communication and the prompt handling of problems and requests
