We are seeking proactive and results-driven Offline Business Development Specialists to drive market expansion and build strong client relationships within the automotive sector. The role involves engaging car dealers, promoting services, and closing deals to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit car dealers and develop strong business relationships
- Promote company products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback
- Manage client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in offline sales
- Experience in auto or used car industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of local languages such as Twi or Ga is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
