The Sales & Customer Service Assistant is responsible for managing daily sales operations at the business center. This includes engaging customers, promoting and selling company products, handling cash transactions, and ensuring proper documentation of all sales. The role also requires maintaining accuracy in financial records and providing timely end-of-day reports to management.

Key Requirements
- Ensuring smooth customer service at the point of sale.
- Processing payments (cash, card, mobile money, etc.)
- Issuing receipts and giving correct change
- Balancing cash register at the start and end of shifts
- Assisting customers with inquiries and purchases
- Maintaining records of transactions
- Handling refunds or exchanges according to company policy
- Ensuring accuracy to prevent financial discrepancies
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the checkout area
- The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, customer-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining high levels of accountability.
Qualification and Skills
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in fields like Business Administration or Accounting
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Basic computer literacy
Salary: GHS1,000 with free accommodation and other bonus
