Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of dealer accounts while driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with dealerships, identify new sales opportunities, support credit and risk assessment processes, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a commercially minded professional who can identify customer needs, recognize buying signals, and close deals confidently while maintaining excellent relationship management standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned dealer accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client networks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and customers
  • Drive sales performance and portfolio growth
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Support credit analysis and risk assessment processes
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams
  • Track and achieve sales targets and operational KPIs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze creditworthiness and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in microfinance or insurance is an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
