Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Experienced Sales Executive to lead business development efforts, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, customer acquisition, negotiation, and account management, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, maintain long-term customer relationships, prepare sales proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market demands and customer insights.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Update CRM systems with customer and sales information.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support sales activities.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Mentor junior sales staff where necessary.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience may be preferred).
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.
- The existing network of industry contacts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital sales tools and social selling platforms.
