Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product information and sales enquiries
- Supporting marketing activities, including social media updates and promotions
- Maintaining showroom presentation and product displays
- Working with the team on stock management and customer service
- Leaming sales processes, product knowledge, and retail operations
Key Requirements:
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, basic digital tools)
- Solid maths ability (pricing, stock counts, basic calculations)
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Must live locally (Labone, Cantonments, Osu, or nearby areas)
- Knowledge of the local area is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and follow structured training
