Job summary
An electrical shop located in Tudu is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Assistant to attend to customers, promote electrical products, and support daily sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be friendly, and be able to attract and retain customers.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and assist them in selecting the right electrical products.
- Promote and market the shop’s products to attract new customers.
- Explain product features, prices, and uses to customers.
- Process sales and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain proper arrangement and display of products in the shop.
- Monitor stock levels and report items that need restocking.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Support other daily shop operations as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to persuade customers and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products is an advantage.
- Honest, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location: Tudu, Accra
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
