Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Convert leads into active business accounts
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive monthly revenue growth
- Maintain high client retention and account activity
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality
- Track and report pipeline and sales performance
- Represent Uno professionally in the market
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
Preferred
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, retail, or technology
- Existing SME or corporate network
- Experience with B2B sales
