Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead market segmentation (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, OTA, Groups)
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies
- Drive brand positioning and visibility in local and international markets
Revenue Generation & Sales Management
- Achieve room, banquet, and ancillary revenue targets
- Oversee corporate sales, travel trade, and conference sales pipelines
- Establish key account management strategies and partnerships
- Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business growth
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns (digital, PR, social media, offline)
- Manage hotel website, online reputation, and OTA platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Lead promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal offers
Digital & Distribution Strategy
- Optimize online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct booking platforms)
- Monitor website conversion rates and digital performance
- Collaborate with Revenue Management for pricing optimization
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Drive customer loyalty programs and repeat business
- Monitor guest feedback and market perception
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team
- Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews
- Foster a results-driven and high-performance culture
Budgeting & Financial Management
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets
- Monitor ROI on marketing campaigns
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
