Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness & Wellness Lead at AnoMansa Beach Resort located in Elmina. The Fitness & Wellness Lead will be responsible for conducting group exercise sessions, providing fitness instruction, and leading wellness programs. This role involves creating personalized fitness plans, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Fitness & Wellness Lead will also oversee the daily operations of the fitness facilities, including equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
- Experience in the Fitness Industry and knowledge of Exercise Physiology
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant certifications in fitness and wellness programs
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
