Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee daily property operations, handle tenant relations, and ensure timely rent collection.
- Property Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Real estate experience: Prior experience in property management and/or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Results-driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing properties efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
