Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports academic and personal growth.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and digital tools to promote active learning and inquiry-based instruction.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in line with school and Pearson standards.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the learning needs of all students.
• Maintain strong classroom management that fosters respect, order, and responsibility.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Establish positive communication and provide timely feedback on learners’ performance.
• Participate in school events, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven teaching experience, preferably in Science, English and Mathematics
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Ability to incorporate technology and 21st-century teaching methods in the classroom.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse learners.
• A passion for nurturing global-minded learners.
