General Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in line with the [GES / International] curriculum.
• Conduct regular assessments, grade student work, and provide detailed feedback.
• Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Utilize digital tools and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience

Role-Specific Details

Track A: Science Teacher

• Focus: Integrated Science / [Physics/Chemistry/Biology].
  
• Key Duty: Manage the science laboratory and lead hands-on practical experiments safely.
  
• Requirement: Strong background in scientific inquiry and the ability to simplify complex theories.

Track B: Computing Teacher

• Focus: ICT, Digital Literacy, and Introductory Coding.
  
• Key Duty: Manage the computer lab and teach practical software applications (MS Office, Graphic Design, or Basic Programming).
  
• Requirement: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software and knowledge of e-safety.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
  
• Professional Certification: Valid NTC License is Mandatory. Candidates must have passed the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE).
  
• Experience: Minimum of [2–3] years of teaching experience in the specific subject area applied for.
  

Skills:

• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
