Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and supervision for the preschool section
- Oversee curriculum planning and classroom instruction
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Supervise, mentor, and support preschool teachers and caregivers
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management
- Maintain high standards of discipline, hygiene, and child welfare
- Prepare termly reports and support school programs and events
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is an added advantage
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in a preschool setting (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated passion for child development and Christian value
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
