Key Responsibilities
- Training & Instruction: Plan and deliver training sessions on topics including drill, weapon handling, map reading, fieldcraft, and first aid.
- Discipline & Safety: Enforce school and cadet regulations, maintain high standards of discipline during parades, and ensure safety during outdoor, overnight, or adventure training.
- Administrative & Logistics: Manage the inventory, storage, issue, and maintenance of uniforms and equipment
- Leadership Development: Mentor cadets to develop teamwork, self-confidence, and leadership skills.
- Event Coordination: Organize and attend field days, camps, and ceremonial events.
- Liaison & Support: Act as the link between school authorities and external military organizations
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
- Must have a minimum of a Degree certificate
Note: Candidates must stay in Adenta-Dodowa or Dodowa-Ayikuma environs.
