Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for early years learners
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Early Years framework is an advantage
