Non- Negotiable Requirements:
One of the following is Mandatory
- TEFL Certification, OR
- TESOL Certification, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in English
- Minimum 2 years ESL Teaching Experience
- Preferably with francophone students
- Provide 3 professional references
- Professional Communication & Clear Diction
NB: Speaking french is NOT a requirement.
Strict Requirements
- Professional conduct & zero tolerance for lateness
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proven ability to improve student proficiencySelf-motivated with integrity
- Long-term commitment (minimum 3 years)
- Tech proficient
- Passion for teaching
