We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and committed Cambridge Grade School Teacher to join our academic team. Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in alignment with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum (English, Mathematics, Science, Global Perspectives, etc.).
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching materials, assessments, and learning activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and prepare end-of-term reports.
  • Use formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor and enhance student learning.
  • Encourage student-centered learning and the development of critical thinking, inquiry, and communication skills.
  • Foster a positive classroom climate that supports student behavior, growth, and well-being.
  • Integrate ICT tools and interactive teaching techniques into daily instruction.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff in planning cross-curricular activities and school events.
  • Attend and contribute to school events, staff meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold and model the school’s values, policies, and safeguarding practices at all times.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area (with a teaching qualification).
  • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a Cambridge or international school setting.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a multicultural team.
  • Familiarity with assessment for learning (AfL) strategies and differentiated instruction.
  • Competence in the use of educational technology.
