A leading multi-national engineering consultancy with operations in 15 countries is launching an exciting Young Graduates Programme in Ghana. The Programme is a structured 12-month programme aimed at talented and motivated individuals looking to acquire practical workplace experience in civil/environmental engineering. At the end of the programme, trainees will be evaluated based on their performance for employment within the company, depending on opportunities and needs within the company.

Requirements and Qualifications
- The Programme is open to candidates who have earned a minimum of a 2nd Class Honours Degree in an Engineering field from recognized institutions in 2024.
- Degrees must be in the following disciplines: Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental, or related areas of study.
- Must be a citizen of Ghana.
- Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
