Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and doubling as Headteacher in the JHS Department
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Ensure the school meets all regulatory and academic requirements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students and staff.
- Manage and mentor teachers, guiding them to reach educational goals.
- Engage with parents, the community, and relevant stakeholders to support the school’s mission.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of students and staff to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years working experience in the teaching profession
- Minimum Qualification should be a First Degree
- Proven experience in school leadership, preferably as a Headmaster or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems and curriculum development.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- A passion for education and a commitment to the success and well-being of students.
Salary: GHS1,200 - GHS1,500
