Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Instruction
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the approved curriculum
- Use appropriate teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Prepare lesson notes, teaching materials, and assessments
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback
- Student Support & Development
- Support students’ academic growth and personal development
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of knowledge
- Guide students on learning pathways and basic career awareness
- Classroom & School Duties
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities
- Adhere to school policies, professional ethics, and teaching standards
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong background in Mathematics
- Knowledge of Career Technology / Technical / Vocational subjects
- Ability to integrate mathematical concepts with practical and career-based applications
- Effective classroom management and lesson delivery skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use basic ICT and educational technology tools
- Passion for teaching and student development
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Mathematics, Career Technology, Technical Education, ICT, or related field
- Professional teaching certification (where applicable)
- Teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Salary: GHS2,100 - GHS2,400
