Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, leisure, and group markets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across traditional and digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal pricing.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3- 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a strategic mindset.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
