Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales Secure at least 30 free meeting bookings per month through direct outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with parents, schools, and communities to promote Virtutor Online. Communicate the platform’s value effectively and close leads into paying customers.
• Track performance and submit weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions.
•  Marketing & Outreach Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and run social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive engagement and generate leads.
• Create and manage promotional materials such as flyers, digital ads, and newsletters.
• Support in running online ads and optimizing campaigns for conversions.
• Customer Engagement Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring professional and friendly communication.
• Provide information to parents and guide them through the process of booking lessons.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services.
• Reporting & Analysis Provide weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and booking statistics.
• Analyze data to recommend new strategies or adjustments for better results.
• Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with the CEO and admin team to align on targets and strategy.
• Bring creative ideas for campaigns, community engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative solutions to increase visibility and conversions.

VirTutor Online is an innovative EdTech platform dedicated to making high-quality education accessible, engaging, and personalised for students worldwide. Founded in 2021, we provide live online lessons across a wide range of subjects and curricula, including IGCSE, A Level, IB, and national programmes, connecting learners with expert tutors through a seamless digital learning environment. In January 2026, we launched our own proprietary platform built from scratch by our in-house developers, enabling the entire learning journey — from booking to lesson delivery and progress tracking — to take place in one secure system.
