What You’ll Do
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and win new business opportunities (corporate & retail)
- Recruit, manage, and grow a network of agents
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Ensure high client retention and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Handle client issues professionally and maintain service quality
- Ensure proper documentation, collections, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing (Insurance or Financial Services preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing a team, branch, or territory
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant field)
- Insurance certification is an added advantage
