Job Title: Sales Associate (Urgent Hire – 1 Position Available)

Overview:

BGN Robinson is seeking a highly driven and disciplined Sales Associate to join our team immediately. This role is focused on outbound sales and relationship building within the food supply chain, targeting bakeries, retail stores, and food manufacturers. Only one position is available, and we are looking to fill it urgently with someone ready to perform at a high level from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (150–200 contacts daily)
• Identify and engage potential customers including bakeries, stores, and food manufacturing businesses
• Present and sell company products effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Track daily outreach, leads, and sales activity
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• High energy with the ability to handle repetitive outreach
• Comfortable with rejection and able to stay consistent
• Organized and self-motivated
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 1,000 – 2,000 GHC
• Commission on all sales (uncapped earning potential)

• Focused 6-hour workday with high output expectations
