Role Overview
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive student recruitment, enhance brand visibility, and support institutional growth. The role involves both digital and on-ground marketing activities, with a strong focus on admissions campaigns, outreach programmes, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote academic programmes and increase student enrolment
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms
- Conduct school visits, education fairs, and outreach programmes to generate leads
- Manage and create engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials
- Coordinate admissions campaigns and support prospective students through the enrolment process
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, partners, and other stakeholders
- Assist in branding, advertising, and public relations activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in education, admissions, or service-based industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, SEO, email marketing)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
- Willingness to travel for outreach and marketing activities
